Qualtry is open for business and is actively monitoring and following all local and national guidelines in terms of social distancing and cleanliness. We are committed to the timely creation and shipment of your personalized gift, and are currently experiencing no delays in our standard process.
Our most important priority is the safety of our employees and customers. With that in mind, we have made the following adjustments to our internal procedures in order to best serve you during this pandemic:
Regarding sending and receiving packages, the CDC has stated that “there is likely very low risk that COVID-19 can be spread from products or packaging shipped because of poor survivability of coronaviruses on surfaces”. It is also important to note that there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Even so, Qualtry has instituted very strict guidelines related to the handling, production, and shipping of our products, as well as the cleaning and disinfecting of workstations and equipment.
While we currently haven’t felt a major effect related to supply shortages, etc., we are closely monitoring our supply chain and will proactively post disclaimers to notify customers of any product shortage that may occur.
