Thanks for shopping at Qualtry.com! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know! Any purchase from our web site can be returned within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied.

Please send us a return request to support@qualtry.com. Once approved, we will offer you a replacement item of equal or greater value. If for any reason the personalization information you provided us in your original order was incorrect we will re-ship you a replacement at a discounted price. No one wants to give a gift with incorrect information and we will make it as painless as possible. If you provided us correct information for your item, and we created your product with errors, we will happily replace or refund your purchase.

If you received an item that was damaged in transit, we will also happily send you a replacement at no cost.
